NCI User Services is currently reviewing and updating software documentation for Gadi. Documentation in this area may change without notice as these pages are brought up to date. Some draft content may be based on software documentation for Raijin, the previous NCI HPC system in service 2013-2019.
The "module avail" command can be used to display all software packages and versions available on Gadi.
