NCI systems and services are expected to operate with full availability and uptime in 2022. NCI staff continue to work on-site and from home according to group and individual work requirements. User support will be staffed during normal business hours, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm AEDT, Monday through Friday (except ACT public holidays). Email is preferred for NCI support requests: help@nci.org.au. Please note that NCI Help Desk phone (02 61253437) is not currently available. |
