2019 Q3 Scheduled Maintenance Downtime
April 2019 Public Holidays: Easter Weekend, ANZAC Day
NCI will operate with reduced staffing during the period 19-28 April.
NCI user support will not be staffed from Good Friday to Easter Monday 19-22 April, and on ANZAC Day 25 April. User support will be available in a reduced capacity on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday; 23, 24 and 26 April. NCI staff will address any support backlog from the public holidays period as soon as possible from Monday 29 April.NCI systems will be offline from 8:00am to 6:00pm (AEST) on Monday 1 July for quarterly scheduled maintenance.
