Because NCI serves primarily the Australian research community, by default, we accept email address with domain names associated with most Australian universities and research institutes. If you are an oversea researcher working overseas or in the private sector and invited by your Australian collaborators to join their project(s) and on Gadi, the system most likely doesn't accept your institution email, please email address during the account registration. Please send an email to help@nci.org.au from your institutional email address with details such as the project code(s) and and the name of collaborator(s), we will whitelist the domain name of your institution to facilitate the registration.
