NCI staff are working from home until further notice.
NCI systems and services are expected to operate as normal during the lockdown period. while staff continue to work remotely.
User support services will be staffed during normal business hours, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm AESTAEDT, Monday through Friday (except excluding ACT public holidays). Support may be delayed due to remote working constraints. Email is the preferred method for NCI support requests: firstname.lastname@example.org. The NCI Help Desk phone (02 61253437) is not available during this working from home period.

NCI user support will not be available on Monday 1 November as it is an ANU holiday.
Support requests received 30-31 October and 1 November will be addressed as soon as possible from Tuesday 2 November.
