Systems Impacted: Access to Gadi

Dear NCI Users,

Just after 5pm this afternoon, there was a hardware failure in part of the core InfiniBand switching for Gadi. This is affecting access to Gadi. NCI staff are currently investigating and will attempt to restore access to services as soon as possible.


Further updates will be provided as soon as they are available.


Update 7:45pm The fault has now been resolved and NCI staff are bringing nodes back online. Users should resubmit any failed jobs impacted by this issue.
