We have many software applications built from source on Gadi. To look up all the centrally available software applications on Gadi, please run `module avail` on the Gadi login node. If you cannot find the application(s) your research group need needs in its return messagethere, please contact help@nci.org.au to discuss whether it is suitable to install the missing ones centrally on Gadi.

We do not install all the requested software applications, but we are happy to assist with the installation inside your own project folder.
