2019 Q3 Scheduled Maintenance
NCI systems will undergo scheduled quarterly maintenance on Monday (8:00 - 6:00 AEST).
Public Holidays May-June 2019
NCI user support will not be staffed on the following public holidays in May and June:
- Reconciliation Day - 27 May (ACT-only)
- Queen's Birthday - 10 June (ACT, NSW, NT, TAS, VIC)
Support requests received on these public holidays will be addressed as soon as possible on the next business day.
