The ACT is currently in COVID-19 lockdown. This lockdown came into effect at 5:00 pm AEST on Thursday 12 August, and is scheduled to conclude on Friday 17 September, subject to improvements in COVID-19 status within the ACT. NCI staff are working from home until further notice. NCI systems and services are expected to operate as normal during the lockdown period. User support services will be staffed during normal business hours, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm AEST, Monday through Friday (except public holidays). Support may be delayed due to remote working constraints. Email is the preferred method for NCI support requests: help@nci.org.au. The NCI Help Desk phone (02 61253437) will not be available during this working from home period.
