NCI maintains modules for Rose/Cylc suites under the hr22 project. The following commands

$ module purge
$ module load pbs
$ module use /g/data/hr22/modulefiles
$ module load cylc7/default

will set up the environment for running a Rose/Cylc suite. Equivalently, after running the initial setup for Cylc 7 on ARE, and starting a new MATE Terminal on ARE VDI, the following function should have the same effect:

$ setup_cylc7

cylc7/default

This module contains rose, cylc and fcm. It configures your Rose, Cylc 7 and FCM environments, including

  • PATH for executables

  • global configurations for Rose and Cylc 7

  • FCM keywords
  • No labels
