If you know your NCI password, you can change it via the NCI self service portal at https://my.nci.org.au.
If you have forgotten your NCI password, you can use the self service reset function at https://my.nci.org.au/mancini/reset/password/. This function requires you to have access to the email and SMS mobile phone number available in your NCI account. Otherwise, your email and/or SMS mobile phone number needs to be updated first in your NCI account by us before you use this function.
