NCI systems will be offline for quarterly scheduled maintenance 8:00 am - 6:00 pm AEST, Tuesday 6 May 2025.
On this day, NCI ticketing systems will be unavailable. All emails sent to help@nci.org.au will be placed in a queue and ticket will be created as soon as systems are back online.
The NCI User services team will address these tickets as soon as possible after services have resumed.
