Welcome to NCI
NCI provides computational and data-storage resources to researchers and postgraduate students at Australian higher education institutions and Australian public sector research organisations.
To access NCI resources, you will need to create an account and become affiliated with a project.
Before you begin setting up your account, please make sure you have:
- An official email address: This will be from your institution e.g. name.surname@anu.edu.au. Only email addresses from institutions are accepted, personal email addresses, such as those from Gmail, will not be accepted
- Mobile phone number: We highly recommend this as NCI will soon be implementing two-factor authentication. Providing your phone number at sign up will ensure that you don’t run into issues in the future regarding your password or access to NCI systems
- A project title or code. This should be provided to you from the project lead chief investigator.
If you are having problems with the account creation process, please read through this procedure and ensure that you haven't unintentionally skipped over a step. If you are still having problems, please contact the NCI helpdesk, or contact help@nci.org.au, and we will endeavour to assist you with your problem.
