Use the NCI self service portal to request access to a project. 

The Lead CI of the project must then approve your request and your account will be automatically connected to the project. If you do not know the NCI project code of the project you wish to join, please talk to the Lead CI of the project to determine what project you should join.

  1. Login to the NCI self service portal at https://my.nci.org.au
  2. Select Projects and groups from the menu on the left
  3. Click the Find project or group tab
  4. Search for the project you wish to join by project code, project title or project CI names
  5. Click Join, read the project description carefully and check if you agree with the project-specific terms, conditions or restrictions
  6.  If agree, tick the agreement box and click the Request membership button

At this point you need to wait for the Lead CI of the project, who will receive an email notifying them of the request and must approve your request to join the project. Once they have approved your request you will receive an email notifying you that you have been added to the project.
