2023 Q1 Maintenance Notice

Important: NCI systems will be offline for Q1 scheduled maintenance between 8 am and 6 pm AEDT on Wednesday 1 February.  A number of services will be affected including infrastructure, computing projects, data services on the day. See 2023 Q1 Maintenance page for more details.


NCI COVID-19 Status

NCI systems and services are expected to operate with full availability and uptime in 2023. NCI staff continue to work on-site and from home according to group and individual work requirements.

User support will be staffed during normal business hours, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm AEDT, Monday through Friday (except ACT public holidays). Email is preferred for NCI support requests: help@nci.org.au. Please note that NCI Help Desk phone (02 61253437) is not currently available.
