Drishti is an NCI developed volumetric data visualization and presentation software package. Drishti is typically used as a standalone app on a users desktop with GPUs. We have also installed Drishti as an app to use directly on the NCI, under our ARE service - using an integrated VNC client, and with access to our large memory nodes with GPUs and access to large filesystems.
To use the Drishti app on NCI, you need a valid NCI account and connected to project resources on NCI. The following shows you how to set up a session and start running the Drishti app from NCI:
