Systems Impacted: Opus documentation website (opus.nci.org.au)

Dear NCI Users,

Atlassian announced they have identified a critical vulnerability in their software Confluence that powers NCI's documentation website Opus. The NCI network admins have disabled external access to Opus on recommendation from Atlassian until it is patched with a fix. At the moment there is no ETA. This page will be updated once there is new information available.

Systems Impacted: Helpdesk (help.nci.org.au)

Dear NCI Users,

The Helpdesk system (help.nci.org.au) is currently down. The concerned system admin team is looking into this problem. As soon as the system is up, all the support requests received so far will be attended to by the User Services staff. NCI appreciates your patience meanwhile. This page will be updated as and when there are further updates.

Update: Helpdesk system is back online since 10.25am
