NCI systems and services resumed operations at 6:45 pm AEST Thursday  following scheduled downtime for Q3 scheduled maintenance.

NCI is currently operating under ANU COVID-19 guidelines. More information can be found on the ANU web site, https://www.anu.edu.au/covid-19-advice.

NCI systems and services are expected to continue to operate as normal, with some staff currently intermittently working from home.  Please note that the The NCI Help Desk phone (02 61253437) is not available. Please submit all support requests by email to currently available during normal business hours, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm AEST Mon-Fri, however this may change without notice due to ANU/NCI COVID-19 guidelines. Email remains the preferred mode of interaction with user support: help@nci.org.au.
