The ACT is currently in COVID-19 lockdown. This lockdown came into effect at 5:00 pm AEST on Thursday 12 August, and is scheduled to conclude on Friday 17 September15 October, subject to improvements in COVID-19 status within the ACT.
NCI staff are working from home until further notice.
NCI systems and services are expected to operate as normal during the lockdown period. User support services will be staffed during normal business hours, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm AEST, Monday through Friday (except public holidays). Support may be delayed due to remote working constraints. Email is the preferred method for NCI support requests: firstname.lastname@example.org. The NCI Help Desk phone (02 61253437) will is not be available during this working from home period.

ANU Staff Holiday – Friday 17 September
NCI user support will not be available on Friday 17 September, which is an ANU staff holiday. Support requests received 17-19 September will be addressed as soon as possible from Monday 20 September.
ACT Labour Day Public Holiday – Monday 4 October
NCI user support will not be available on Monday 4 October, which is an ACT public holiday. Support requests received 2-4 October will be addressed as soon as possible from Tuesday 5 October.
Q4 Scheduled Maintenance – Tuesday 5 October
NCI systems will be offline for Q4 scheduled maintenance on Tuesday 5 October. Further details are available at 2021 Q4 Maintenance.
