NCI The ACT is currently operating under ANU in COVID-19 guidelines. More information can be found on the ANU web site, https://www.anu.edu.au/covid-19-advice.lockdown. This lockdown came into effect at 5:00 pm AEST on Thursday 12 August, and is scheduled to conclude on Thursday 19 August, subject to improvements in COVID-19 status within the ACT.

NCI staff are working from home until further notice. 

NCI systems and services are expected to continue to operate as normal , with some staff intermittently working from home. The NCI Help Desk phone (02 61253437) is currently available during normal business hoursduring the lockdown period. User support services will be staffed during normal business hours, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm AEST Mon-Fri, however this may change without notice due to ANU/NCI COVID-19 guidelines. Email remains the preferred mode of interaction with user support: , Monday through Friday (except public holidays). Support may be delayed due to remote working constraints. Email is the preferred method for NCI support requests: help@nci.org.au. The Help Desk phone (02 61253437) will not be available during this lockdown, work from home period.
