Important: NCI JIRA system will be down for maintenance from Saturday 22 Feb 10am – Monday 24 Feb 10am. Help desk tickets will be addressed soon after the JIRA system is back.

Important: NCI systems will be offline for Q2 scheduled maintenance between 8 am and 6 pm AEDT on Tuesday 2 May.  A number of services will be affected including infrastructure, computing projects, data services on the day. More details to be shared in due course.

NCI systems and services are expected to operate with full availability and uptime in 2023. NCI staff continue to work on-site and from home according to group and individual work requirements.

User support will be staffed during normal business hours, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm AEDT, Monday through Friday (except ACT public holidays). Email is preferred for NCI support requests: help@nci.org.au.
