NCI User Services is currently reviewing and updating software documentation for Gadi. Documentation in this area may change without notice as these pages are brought up to date.
The "module avail" command can be used to display all software packages and versions available on Gadi.
Contact NCI user support (help@nci.org.au) if you have questions about using a particular software package on Gadi.
We have many software applications built from source on Gadi. To look up all the centrally available software applications on Gadi, please run `module avail` on the Gadi login node. If you cannot find the application(s) your research group needs in there, please contact help@nci.org.au to discuss whether it is suitable to install the missing ones centrally on Gadi.
We do not install all requested software applications, but we are happy to assist with the installation inside your own project folder.
