Prediction

An example notebook of running prediction via ClimaX at ARE is available in  https://github.com/nci/ClimaX-nci 

You could pull it into your own work directory at Gadi and then start a ARE JupyterLab session to run it. 

The prediction results in the notebook are shown below.

One can use the interactive notebook for prediction and visualization 

  1. Visit ARE site: are.nci.org.au
  2. Fill out the JupyterLab launch form.
    Walltime (hours): 4 (or as required) 
    Queue: gpuvolta
    Compute Size: 1gpu
    Project: ab123 (change it to your own project)
    Storage: gdata/dk92+scratch/ab123(change it to your own project)
    Module directories: /g/data/dk92/apps/Modules/modulefiles
    Modules: climax/0.2.3

  3. Now launch the session. 

  4. Open the example notebook from where you pulled it in.
