Once you have registered on NCI's self service portal (https://my.nci.org.au; see How to create an NCI user account), you should receive a confirmation email. If you haven't received this email, it is likely you entered an incorrect email address during the registration (please note non-institutional email addresses such as gmail are not permitted). Please sign up again at https://my.nci.org.au
You will receive a confirmation email from the NCI system once you have been approved by the Lead CI of the relevant project. If you have not yet received this email, please contact the Lead CI of the project to confirm your registration.
