Pangeo environment setup for HPC
NCI has recently made Pangeo available on Raijin and has developed a tutorial on how to Setup for Pangeo Environment on Raijin. In particular, this module provides instructions on submitting and monitoring a multi-node Pangeo job to Raijin. Please contact help@nci.org.au or Jingbo.Wang@anu.edu.au if you have any questions about Pangeo or would like to provide feedback on tutorial. Note that Pangeo will also be available on Gadi in the near future.
